The Marquette Board of Light & Power is hosting its first annual 5K fun run and 1 mile walk to kick off fundraising efforts for our new Generating Change program. This program has been created to assist low income customers in the MBLP service territory with their electric utility bills during the winter months.
The run will start at the Marquette Board of Light & Power parking lot located at 2200 Wright St. Runners will be able to enjoy a rugged yet beautiful trail as they travel the 5K loop. The Salvation Army will be there with their canteen truck to provide water to the runners. ... view more »

$25 entry fee or $20 with non-perishable food donation.
