RECONNECTING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH A SHARED LOVE OF THE ARTS

James Panowski Black Box Theatre

James Panowski Black Box Theatre

This innovative black box space reflects the modernism of the theatre industry and is well-suited to small, student-directed, experimental shows. Seating 100 patrons, the space can be rearranged into a variety of configurations, such as a thrust stage, an alley, or theatre-in-the-round. Despite its smaller size, the Black Box still features many of the technical advancements the FRT boasts and the shows in the this space are that much more spectacular for their intimate proximity to the audience.
