Tai Chi is a slow moving, graceful, and meditative martial art which has been shown to decrease pain, increase range of motion, balance, and coordination. Fundamentally rooted in the Taoist philosophy, it improves both mind and body. Join us on Friday mornings from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. in the Trailhead Holistic Health Collective Community Room (1055 W.
