63rd Annual Art on the Rocks

Art on the Rocks returns on July 29-30, 2023 at Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette, Michigan! Join us as we celebrate our 63rd annual show, and welcome back an incredible slate of local and national artists to the shores of Superior.

Show times are Saturday, July 29 from 10:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday, July 30 from 10:00am-4:00pm. Admission is always free!

Art on the Rocks is presented by the Lake Superior Art Association. The Lake Superior Art Association (originally known as the Lake Superior Creative Arts Association) was established in 1951 by a group of local artists interested in forming a formal arts and crafts association. In 1959, led by LSAA member Anita Meyland, the Art on the Rocks Fine Art Show was established, deriving its name from the rocky hillside surrounding its original home – Father Marquette Park.
