A six week progressive series for those new to yoga or wanting to learn more about the many benefits of the practice.
Been hearing about how good yoga is for you, wanting to give it a try, and not sure where to start? This six week progressive series will introduce you to breath work, safe alignment, and a more quiet and peaceful mind. Taught by Deanna Koscielny, RN, 500eRYT, and co-owner of Rohana Yoga and Wellness, the class will meet on Mondays 5:30pm on Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and Nov 6. $60 for the series if you sign up by 9/25, $75 after.
