Join this doctor-led walking group for a fun, free, safe place to get some steps!
Join Dr. Evan Loukusa of the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program, and “future doc,” Alexander Stamm of the MSU College of Human Medicine, UP Campus on Thursday, March 2nd at 5:30 PM for a walk at the Superior Dome! This doctor-led walking group is a fun, free, safe place to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends. A brief health talk will focus on benefits of “Cold Water Immersion.” Updates/cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.
