A free community doctor-led walking group
Did you know that regular physical activity like walking is one of the best things you can do for your health? Join Dr. L. Raquel Clary-Lantis and Dr. Gabrielle McGrath of the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program, on Thursday, November 2 at 5:30 PM for a walk starting at the NMU Superior Dome. The event is FREE, and all are welcome! A brief health talk about “Blue Zones” will start the walk. We walk the 1st Thursday of every month.
