Public Art Past, Present, and Future

WHAT: City public art walking tour in the Founders Landing Area led by Arts & Culture Manager Tiina Morin. Explore the public art and City’s conservation program at Father Marquette Park, learn about private murals and the City’s public art policy at Loyaltee’s building and see the site and plan for the upcoming “Seven Grandfather Teachings” stone sculpture by Anishinaabeg artist Jason Quigno. The tour will wrap up at Provision’s MQT with a cultural conversation about the role of public art and specific projects in our community.

*This tour is wheelchair accessible and covers a 2-block radius beginning and ending at Provisions MQT coffee shop.
