GLRC’s Run for Recovery is an annual awareness and fundraising event for behavioral health services in the Upper Peninsula.
The Run for Recovery will be held on Wednesday, July 24th and include a 5K Run, 5K Walk, and a 10K Run. The event is open to the public and will start and finish at GLRC's Adult Residential Services facility at 241 Wright Street in Marquette.
All proceeds will benefit recovery housing in the UP. Recovery housing provides structure, support, and a safe environment for those new to recovery and allows the individual to continue to heal from the impacts of substance abuse. Registration Details: Adults -- $30
Early Bird Special- $25; Preregister online by July 23rd and registration will only be $25 for adults.
Teens (13-17) -- $15
Youth (0-12) -- $5
Heroes Challenge -- Free registration for all law enforcement, firefighters and other first responders and public safety workers.
*UPRRC Members receive $3 discount
