NMU Art and Design and Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center Open Houses

Northern Michigan University’s DeVos Art Museum, School of Art & Design and the Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center will host an open house from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 27, as part of Marquette’s Art Week celebration.

The U.P. Beaumier Heritage Center will be having their opening reception for their "Conserving the Land" exhibit.

This exhibition will be looking at how citizens groups, non-profit and government agencies began to preserve the Upper Peninsula's natural resources. The reception is free and open to the public.

The DeVos Art Museum will be exhibiting their annual "North of the 45th Parallel" exhibition which began in 2008.
