NAMI “Family-to-Family” is a class for families, partners, and friends of individuals with mental illness.
NAMI-A/M will be offering a FREE "Family-to-Family" course beginning September 19, 2017.
Classes will meet every Tuesday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM for 12 weeks. Classes are educational, supportive, and are completely confidential. NAMI Family-to-Family is a class for families, partners, and friends of individuals with mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills, and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. This program was designated as an evidence-based program by SAMHSA.
