Matinee Movie--The Hollars

On Tuesday August 15, at 12:30 pm, the Peter White Public Library will show the 2016 film, The Hollars, in the library’s community room as part of its Matinee Movie series.  Bring your own lunch and enjoy the movie in a dinner theater setting.  Closed captioning will be on to ensure access for all.

When John Hollar hears of his mother’s upcoming brain surgery he returns home.  Bringing his pregnant girlfriend with him, he not only has to deal with his dysfunctional family, but also old high school friends and an over eager ex.  Directed by John Krasinski and starring Sharlto Copley, Charlie Day and Richard Jenkins, this comedic drama is rated PG-13 and runs 1 hour 28 minutes.
