Glass Class: Beachy Waves

Try out fused glass! Create a pretty beach-inspired glass piece – or switch up the colors! We’ll teach you some fun glass cutting techniques to make waves – and it’s easier than you might think. As always, we can help you find ideas, and we’ll walk you through the steps. You’ll design the 4″ x 12″ piece, then we’ll fire it in an S-shape so that it stands on the shelf on its own. It’s really cute with a candle in front or behind!

If you’ve never done fused glass – you can do it! We’ll show you how to cut, snip, and stack glass together. It’ll look rough and raw … then you leave it with us. We put it through the kiln and voila! It melts together, softening the edges and creating a beautiful piece of art.

No experience needed. This class will be held on July 27 at 5:30 pm. Registration costs $45 and covers all of the supplies needed for this project. (Bring a friend, and you each save $5!)
