Empower Hour

So many of us live with a deep sense of fear- constantly wondering and asking, am I worthy? Am I needed? Am I valued? In a time where we have more ways to connect than ever, we often feel lonely and starved for true connection. Often, our culture does not do a good job at meeting our need for connection. From morning to night, we are busy and constantly pressed with demands. Its difficult to make eye contact, let alone have a space and time for manful and heart centered conversations. At Purebody, we understand this. We are a tribe of women who have lived through hour own darkness, who still sometimes find ourselves navigating those waters, and who want more than ever to bring connection and light into others lives. We offer this space not only as a place to work on fitness related goals, but also as a safe and welcoming haven that fosters true connection and seeks to create a tribe of women who support and uplift acceptance and compassion as we work to dismantle the fears most people have when they step outside of their comfort zones.
