DIGS is kicking off their Chef Dinner events with their very own Sous Chef, Ed Potter.

Ed’s portfolio is vast in resturant experience including, Vangos, Drummond lsland Conference Center, as well as attending and teaching classes within Northern Michigan University’s Hospitatlity Managment Program. He joined our team when were still the Doghouse, was with us through renovations, and helped create the menu you know enjoy here at DIGS!

Now Ed get’s the chance to showcase some items you wouldn’t ususally see at our resturant. So thank you Ed for all your hard work, and to our wonderful customers please help us celebrate him and his culinary creativity.
