Alex has over 10 years industry experience, but only got into the kitchen in the past three. She traveled to Europe after college, then after three months of working on an Organic Farm, eating her way through cities, and walking the Camino; she made her way to the West Coast. This month we are featuring Alexandria Palzewicz, Upper Peninsula Native, and NMU Hospitality Managment Alumni.

Her younger years of 4-H and FFA, paired with her hospitality background, and unbiased love of food, bring a menu that is not only delicious but educational. The menu is vegetarian, and all ingredients for the dishes and the drinks have been sourced from Michigan.
So come, eat local, learn more about food, and most of all have a great time surrounded by wonderful people.
