Diabetes PATH workshops help people living with diabetes better manage their diabetes. Topics include:
+ Managing pain, tiredness and high and low blood sugars.
+ Learning more about healthy eating, meal planning and label reading.
+ Using medications to help with diabetes control + Managing stress
+ Working with your Healthcare providers And MUCH, MUCH MORE!!!
