The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning will offer a Dance and Movement Class for those with Parkinson’s from 12:30-3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, at the Dance Zone.
Participants will watch Dave Iverson’s award-winning film, Capturing Grace at the beginning of the class. Following the film, Dance Zone Owner Marge Sklar will teach participants movements that help control some of their Parkinson’s symptoms.
