Caregiver Incentive Project Launch Event

Caregiver Incentive Project (CIP) hosts a launch event on July 18th, 2019 at Escape Marquette. General admission to this event includes beverages, snacks, live music and the opportunity to learn more about the Caregiver Incentive Project. Those with an adventurous side interested in participating in the Escape Rooms can purchase a VIP ticket for $50, with proceeds benefiting CIP. In addition to complimentary beverages and appetizers, VIP ticket holders receive an escape room game experience in one of the three themed rooms: The Tomb, Detention or Yooper Camp.
CIP launched earlier this month and are celebrating by partnering with Escape Marquette for an evening of drinks, appetizers, live music, and to share the inspiration behind the project with the community. Founded by Eric Paad, CIP aims to educate the public regarding the shortage of qualified in-home caregivers, provide financial incentives in the way of scholarships and stipends, and provide training for new caregivers. CIP is inspired by Dorothy Paad, Eric’s daughter, for whom he and his wife have been in-home caregivers since 2007. Learn more about Dorothy’s inspiring story here.
