Call for Entry--Our Story of Home--deadline Saturday, May 25

The Marquette Artist Collective – Show Committee has issued a Call for Art submissions for an upcoming show titled “Our Story of Home.” The show committee is seeking original art that interprets the theme “Home.” For example: images depicting home, what home means to self, local community as our home, home as our sense of place, etc. Artwork does need to be appropriate for all audiences; the show committee reserves the right to decline pieces that are deemed inappropriate.

Art will be on display at Cafe Bodega, 517 N 3rd Street, Marquette, MI 49855

Deadline for entry: Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 11:59pm; Show Dates: June 5th – August 7th; Artists Notified of Acceptance: May 29th by email (further instructions regarding art drop off given at this time)

All artwork must be gallery ready to hang or display. More than one submission form can be completed if more than 2 entries are to be submitted. Entry form may be found here http://bit.ly/mqtentry

The Marquette Artist Collective is a diversely talented group of artists and creatives in Marquette, MI. Regular gatherings are open to everyone and work to support creativity, the arts, and events in the amazing local arts community.
