Annual Meeting and Celebratory Meet-and-Greet

The LWV of Marquette County invites community members to join us at our annual meeting and learn about our volunteer efforts. League members will hold a brief business meeting that will be followed by League and community member recognitions and a social meet-and-greet. Pizza will be served. League leaders will be available to talk about our voter guides, voter registration, observer corps, candidate forums, and other League projects. We will be happy to answer questions about membership and volunteer opportunities with the League.

The League is a historic, respected and trusted organization. The LWV is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. The League continually works toward these goals. League membership is open to all men and women 16 years of age and older. Currently the membership fee is being waived for students.
