Adult Modern Dance Class

Marissa Marquardson, an Artistic Director for TaMaMa Dance Company, teaches this drop in adult modern dance class at Queen City Arts Co-op. Specifically for adults, although serious teens are welcome, this class will move through warm up, into technique, and then to combinations that will strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, and allow you to move freely and creatively. Though some previous dance training is not required, it is helpful as this is an intermediate class. Classes are drop in style, pay as you come, no registration.
