Marquette, MI - October 26, 2021 - Join Connect Marquette at they host their November installment of their Lunch With Leaders series!  The event is being held on November 10th at 12pm via Zoom.  This month they're featuring Robert Mahaney!
Robert Mahaney is CEO and founder of the Veridea Group, a real estate development and hotel management firm based in Marquette, MI with operations in Michigan and the Mountain West states.  He has over 30 years of experience in real estate development and financing.  In addition to Veridea, his professional career has included work in public accounting, corporate banking, investment management, and the start-up and development of multiple business ventures.
Mahaney holds bachelor degrees from Albion College and received his Masters of International Management degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.  He has received professional licenses as a certified public accountant, certified financial planner, and real estate broker.

In December 2014, Mahaney was appointed to the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder to serve an 8-year term.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of Mackinac Financial Corporation and mBank, and is the Board Chair of Invest UP.

In his spare time, Robert is regularly out on the river fly fishing or on the cross country ski trails with his pup Rudy.
