RECONNECTING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH A SHARED LOVE OF THE ARTS

WHAT IS CONNECT MARQUETTE?
Connect Marquette (formerly known as 40 Below) was created in 2010 as a way for emerging professionals in the Marquette area to come together with networking and professional development opportunities.

Since our organization was created, we have embarked on many different adventures. Not only has Connect Marquette diversified its events and continuously grown its membership on a local level, we also host the annual Upper Peninsula Young Professionals Conference, bringing professionals from all across the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin together for outstanding professional development and relationship-building opportunities. In 2014, Connect Marquette members organized the inaugural Iron Range Roll,  a 16 mile point-to-point run, ride and relay event to connect our communities and raise funds for the YMCA of Marquette County’s Reach & Rise Mentoring Program. If you are a Marquette County professional that has been looking for some fun and exciting ways to meet new people and network with others, Connect Marquette has something to offer. Perhaps you are newly relocated to the area and want to expand your horizons—feel free to come by one of our events and check us out!
