Tai chi and qigong are now Cedar Tree Institute gifts via Zoom.
Tai chi and Qigong: Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30. These exercises include some more advanced Qigong and the Yang 10 short form.
CTI Tai Chi is focused on Mind/Body - using the mind to relieve stress from the body, breathing, balance and keeping the joints flexible.
Anyone is welcome to participate. Contact me via this site by private messaging and I’ll give you the login details. I don’t post publicly because of hacking.
