8-HOUR COMIC –UNLEASH YOUR CREATIVE POWERS!

The 8 hour comic event is being offered for the 2019 Art Week/ Art Stroll Event to encourage Comic Artists to share their talents with Marquette.  Inspired by the DVD “24 Hour Comic” (2017 Milan Erceg Design, Inc.) and other groups who have done similar “8-hour or “work day” events.

The Dare is for the artist to challenge themself to create 8 pages of comic art in 8 continuous hours. That means everything: Story, finished art, lettering, color (if applicable).  The MACC is providing the opportunity to have the work created during the event on display after the event through July 27, 2019.
