City of Marquette Art Week

Presented by City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center and Lake Superior Art Association and Travel Marquette and Marquette Downtown Development Authority at City of Marquette Arts & Culture Center

This year’s Art Week is even bigger with new signature events, as well as exhibits, artist receptions, concerts, workshops, demonstrations and live performances. New this year is the Fairy Garden Festival of Marquette, the Fresh Coast Plein Aire Painting Festival with over $2,000 in prize money sponsored by Travel Marquette, and a special concert by legendary folk musician Peter Yarrow of Peter Paul & Mary, sponsored by the Hiawatha Music Festival. In addition, Thursday evening's Art Stroll has expanded to over 30 artist receptions!
