A live concert celebrating “Sgt. Pepper’s,” benefiting the Marquette Area Public Schools Music Fund.
The Marquette Rockestra and the Marquette Area Public Schools present a 50th anniversary concert celebrating The Beatles, "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. It will feature dozens of musicians, singers and dancers, performing the entire album live. The show will begin with a "Prelude to Pepper," featuring earlier songs by The Beatles performed by The Moondogs. All proceeds to this concert will go to the Marquette Area Public Schools Music Fund.
Tickets can be purchased at all EZ ticket outlets (Berry Event Center, Superior Dome, Forest Roberts Theatre, NMU Bookstore), at tickets.nmu.edu or by calling 906-227-1032. Prices are as follows: Advance; Adults - $15, Students - $10; Door; Adults - $17, Students - $12.
