Experience Level - previous experience in martial arts of any style.

Learn traditional Yang Family Tai Chi. Including martial applications, Chi Gong, Daoist Yoga, and east asian philosophy. Improve strength, balance, mental clarity, and self confidence.

Participants should bring a yoga mat, comfortable/ loose fitting clothing, and indoor athletic shoes to class.
