🌱Meet BeWell Instructor Jennifer Pickard🌱

Jennifer has been practicing and studying Mindfulness and Meditation techniques for 15+ years, and holds a great deal of experience teaching Tai Chi, Qi-gong and Meditation to all ages. Jennifer also has combined these practices with singing and interpretive dance as a performance art in the Upper Peninsula for the past 18 years. She is currently continuing her studies in Mindfulness/Meditation with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Mindfulness with Stillness & Movement: 6-week Series.
This class will explore various aspects of mindfulness through sitting and walking meditations and mindful movement. The practice of cultivating more presence, awareness, and groundedness with the goal of mitigating anxiety, easing pain, calming the mind, and sleeping better. Explore breath, sound, body scans, thoughts, emotions, pain, and spatial awareness. Leave class with fun "games" to bring mindfulness into daily life as a Living Meditation. With the summer season exploding into full bloom and more daylight hours to play, it is the perfect opportunity to learn more awareness skills and fine tune our present practices. All experience levels welcome.

Thursdays at 9:00am starting July 23, 2020. You may attend in person @BeWellmqt or at home via Zoom video conferencing. $90.00 for the full six-week course.
