Maddie Rayner is currently a performer with The Walt Disney Company at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. She has been dancing since age 3, but first got involved with theatre in the 8th grade with her local youth theatre in her hometown of Marshall, MI. She stayed continued participating in theatre throughout high school and then went on to be a Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences major and a Theatre and Entertainment Arts minor at Northern Michigan University ('19). During her sophomore year at NMU, she participated in the Disney College Program-- a semester-long internship at Walt Disney World (WDW)-- as a performer. For her Community Service Internship her senior year, Maddie worked with SAYT as a Student Volunteer Coordinator for "Alice in Wonderland" and "Newsies". Upon graduating from NMU, Maddie was offered a full-time position with WDW back in the Entertainment Department.
