On Wednesday, January 15 at 6:30 pm, the Peter White Public Library will host a meeting of its science fiction book group, Klava Klub, at The Crib, located at 401 N. Third St. Marquette, to discuss John Scalzi’s Lock In.

Chris Shane is a victim of Hayden’s Syndrome, a virus that leaves him mentally aware but unable to move.  Fortunately, virtual reality and android-like threeps make it possible to have a full life.  As an FBI agent, he is called on to investigate the death of an “integrator,” a person who can let lock ins share a bodily experience.
