Advanced Directives - Get Your Docs in Order - an NCLL program

Presented by NCLL Northern Center for Lifelong Learning at Lost Creek

Planning ahead for your care with the use of advanced directives and also understanding the things that could become a future problem not foreseen at the time is energy well spent. You will be provided with literature, worksheets to use, and forms to observe that may help you ease into the process and consider the need for advance planning. All literature is for you to take and perhaps continue the process of ‘getting your docs in order!

Jackie Lasich, an Oncology Social Worker/Cancer Care, presents a two hour program on Monday, Nov 25 from 2-4 pm at the Lost Creek Community Center at 200 Lost Creek Dr. (off Co. Rd 492 past the Lafayette Collision Center near U.S. 41)
