Beginning Mondays and Wednesday mornings, starting October 7th, 11 A.M. – 12 P.M. a series of learning gentle and simplified Tai Chi movements specifically for Fall Prevention and Arthritis will be offered each Monday and Wednesdays (11 A.M. – Noon) for 10 weeks. (These exercises can also be done from a chair).

There is no cost or fee.

Instructors are Jon and Diana Magnuson and this series is supported by the Michigan State Extension Office. This specific learning format is based on Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute Program.
