The Hiawatha Music Co-op and the Peter White Public Library invite music lovers to the Hiawatha Master Artist workshop entitled The Round Peak Sound at the Hiawatha Music Co-Op’s office at 1013 N. 3^rd Street # 9 on Saturday, October 19 from 10:00-11:30 am.

Saturday’s morning workshop with the Mountain Birch Duo husband-and-wife team of Paul Brown and Terri McMurray will give you the opportunity to interact with these musicians in an informal setting, during which they will talk about the history and culture of old time music in the region between Mt. Airy, NC and Galax VA.  After the workshop, lunch will be provided by Tadych’s Econo Foods.
