Heather Lynch, one of the prized chefs of Zephyr, will be preparing a Scandinavian Feast! A lot of research and time has gone into creating a multi-course meal that stays true to Scandinavian cuisine and tradition.
The Guest Chef Dinners at Zephyr are our chance to let the culinary talent of the U.P. take off. We let a chef take over our kitchen with creative abandon – and we get to pair wine, or other libations, with their vision. This will be our final Guest Chef Dinner of the season, with the dinners returning in the new year.
Heather is one of the brilliant chefs that helped launch Zephyr. She immediately helped us establish a reputation for flavorful food made with exceptional ingredients. With her extensive experience in catering, we count on Heather to help us out with special events like Holiday parties or wedding receptions.
