Join us and earn your certification in First and Advanced Steps Advance Care Planning through the Respecting Choices® curriculum. The curriculum includes both communication skills and education for health professionals and other caregivers, as well as design and
implementation strategies for improving systems and workflows to make person-centered goals the routines of care.

Interested attendees must complete online educational modules prior to the in-person training June 3 & 4. Following completion of the modules, attendees may become approved facilitator candidates and are eligible to complete their certification in person. There is no
charge for becoming certified!
