Upper Peninsula Land Conservancy Annual Meeting

Upper Peninsula Land Conservancy Annual Meeting

Presented by U.P. Land Conservancy at Federated Clubhouse

This is an excellent opportunity to introduce yourself to UPLC and learn about our mission and vision for the future of land conservation in Marquette and the Upper Peninsula. During our annual meeting we will provide a rundown of our accomplishments in 2018 and look ahead to our big year coming in 2019. Come meet folks just like you who are passionate about saving land for the sake of the community and learn how we are ensuring a green and healthy future for the region. We will be focusing this year's presentations on UPLC's (and Marquette's!) future, as we discuss our future project the Dead River Community Forest. This presentation will include a film that we created this summer to capture the essence of the project (you may have caught a few clips from this film during the 2018 Fresh Coast Film Festival!).

The approximate schedule for the evening is as follows:

5:30 - social gathering with refreshment

6:00 - annual meeting

6:30 - presentation

7:30 - 8:00 - closing social time
