Invent@NMU, the idea incubator™ located at Northern Michigan University that helps take product and business ideas to market, launches #400in4 to reach its goal of 400 ideas in four years. With its fourth anniversary approaching on Oct. 16, Invent@NMU encourages students and community members to bring all ideas forward – business and product – to complete a free Quick Explore™ for the chance to win a complimentary validation (a $150 value). One winner will be chosen and announced on Facebook and Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

“We are thrilled to have helped explore nearly 400 ideas with inventors and entrepreneurs over the last four years,” says Ray Johnson, Executive Director of Invent@NMU. “The #400in4 campaign further enhances our mission that all ideas are worth exploring, and we look forward to reaching our goal by our anniversary.”

Ideas can be shared by stopping by the Invent@NMU office located on the corner of Fair and Presque Isle or can be submitted online here and will receive a response from an Invent@NMU team member within three business days. Ideas for consideration are due by noon Tuesday Oct. 16, and the winner will be chosen at 2 p.m. Those who enter must be following Invent@NMU on Instagram at @inventatnmu to be eligible to win the complimentary validation.
