The Doctor Is In--Memory Care

The Doctor Is In--Memory Care

Presented by Peter White Public Library at Peter White Public Library

Do you ever have trouble remembering where you put your keys?  Or have you seen a familiar face but couldn’t come up with a name?  On Wednesday, September 20 from noon till 1:00 pm, U.P.H.S. Marquette neuropsychologist Dr. Amanda Johnson will explain how the field of neuropsychology can help with memory care in this month’s Meet the Physician series in the Peter White Public Library’s Shiras Room.

A graduate of Wayne State University, Dr. Johnson did a fellowship in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology at Michigan State University, Flint Area Medical Education.  Be sure to bring a sack lunch as well as any questions you may have for the doctor.

This monthly lunch and learn session is sponsored by the U.P. Health System of Marquette and the Peter White Public Library. There is no admission charge to attend the event. For more information, visit the library’s website at www.pwpl.info or call 906-226-4318.
