People are always asking us here at the Co-op about how to eat healthy but not break the bank. At this class we’ll explore several ways to do just this.  You’ll hear some quick tips and easy recipe plans and have a chance to ask questions and learn from others in the group.  This class includes a cooking demonstration emphasizing seasonal produce, a store tour that highlights our cost-saving bulk section, and the new “Co-op Basics” program.  Cooking at home is the best way to both save money and enrich your family’s diet with whole foods, and we’re here to help make it simple and even fun!
