This is an amazing sport with huge Marquette ties. This event is free admission for spectators , you can bring your lawn chairs and beer is welcome. No glass bottles please. Guts Frisbee is a high speed, high intensity sport where players fire Frisbees over 80mph at a lined up team of 5 players 15 yards away. The object is to catch the Frisbee fastballs with one hand! The sport was invented in the U.P. 60 years ago and Marquette has been honored to host the National Championship from 1977 to 1995. We applied to get the National Tournament back to Mqt. in 2010 and have been hosting again since. I urge everyone to check out this fun, free and exciting event.
