RECONNECTING OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH A SHARED LOVE OF THE ARTS

Westwood High School is a four-year educational institute located in Ishpeming Township, Michigan, USA. Founded in 1974, it is managed by the N.I.C.E. Community Schools school district. The school educates around 360 students in grades 9–12. It is a magnet school.

In an effort to develop healthy bodies and alert minds while promoting a high standard of good sportsmanship and fair play, Westwood High School offers a varied program of sports activities for both boys and girls. Westwood is a member of the Mid-Peninsula Conference which is a highly competitive league of eight teams in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
