Women's Day Retreat

We look forward to hosting you for PureBody’s very first Women’s Day Retreat!

Enjoy a day filled with services designed to open and nourish both your heart and physical body. 

Beginning with a cacao ceremony led by Aurelia, this beautiful and heart opening medicine allows for relaxation while connecting us to deeper states of bliss and unconditional love. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form and is lovingly prepared as a beverage to be drank during the ceremony. It is the perfect gateway to soften us into our feminine natures. 

Following the cacao ceremony, Amanda will guide us through a 60-minute heart chakra focused yoga practice accompanied by a 15 minute guided loving-kindness (Metta) meditation.  An open-heart chakra embodies elements of affection, compassion, acceptance, gratitude, and kindness. 

We will have a short break mid-day for a snack and beverage. A vegan, GF option will be available as well as tea and water. 

After break, Mel is going to slow it down and help you express your sensual and feminine energy through the movement of dance. Embrace your journey through dance and have a nonverbal conversation with your mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

Kacie will close our event with an open chat circle where we will embody “Brave Space”. In this circle we will discuss overcoming current fears and installing new personal goals for ultimate success. We will each select a positive affirmation to reflect upon daily as we move into a new season and year.
