This doctor-led walking group is a fun, free, safe place to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends.
Join Dr. Thuy-Chung “TC” Nguyen of the Marquette Family Medicine Residency Program, and “future doc,” Daniel Brown of the MSU College of Human Medicine, UP Campus on Thursday, April 6th at 5:30 PM for a walk at the Superior Dome! This doctor-led walking group is a fun, free, safe place to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends. A brief health talk will focus on “Blood Sugar and Exercise.” Updates/cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.
