We need your voice to help get healthy outcomes for all moms and babies in your community!
The Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, in collaboration with leadership from Regional Perinatal Quality Collaborative and local partners, will be hosting a town hall meeting to gather community input and support for the Mother Infant Health and Equity Improvement Plan.
Families, community leaders, public health, clinicians, behavior health professionals, housing authorities, and anyone else interested in maternal infant health should attend!
