Thirteen recipes compliment the recent publication by Russ Magnaghi. From hunting traditions and cooking heritage of families and communities, food is explored across the peninsula. Ojibwa, Finnish, Italian, French, Cornish; food from each of these cultures and more are examined in their U.P. communities. Dr. Magnaghi presents on his new book, Classic Food and Restaurants of the Upper Peninsula.
