Swim Teal Lake: Benefit for Diabetes Swim Clinic

The swim clinic will focus on freestyle and open water swimming techniques. Each participant will have: in water training led by NMU Swimming & Diving coaches, Heidi Voigt and Matt Williams; dryland training provided by AdvantEdge; Nutrition for Athletes; ans lunch. Plus, participants will have a chance to hear 3 time Olympic Swimmer, Gary Hall Jr., speak.

Join us on Friday, July 28th, 2017 at the Marquette Senior High School Pool. Registration opens at 8:30 am and the clinic will run from 9 am– 2 pm. Space will be limited. There will be three groups: Novice (ages 9-12 with at least one year of competitive swimming), Advanced (13-18), and Masters (18 +). Cost of the clinic is $30 and all proceeds will be going to the U.P. Diabetes Outreach Network.
