This class is a beginner-level class designed for older adults who are looking for a fun and engaging low-level workout with a variety of dance moves and techniques. No prior experience is necessary, and all steps are thoroughly described with ample practice time given between songs. The intensity level will be determined by the participants, with an emphasis placed on low-intensity movements. Feel free to follow along at your own pace, and take it up as you feel comfortable.
