We will touch upon the fundamentals of breath, movement, & alignment, along with mindfulness. Meant for the beginner student but all levels are welcome.

Come find your breath, stillness and silence in this grounding yoga and breath work class. Class will begin with gentle postures to open up and strengthen the body and mind, followed by calming and grounding breathing practices to observe the changes within, and finished with relaxation to give your body and mind a chance to reflect and reap the benefits the practice.
